Reservations by phone, email, and online
Please call the respective spa location or email us at info@getBodyLase.com. We do require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We will make a courtesy reminder call, email or text to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. We do ask, however, that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation. If you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be responsible for a $50 cancellation fee.
Product Guarantee and Return Privileges
You may return any products you purchase from BodyLase® (except prescriptions) within 30 days for a product exchange or full store credit. Please let us know immediately if a product does not meet your expectations; your nurse or aesthetician will be able to suggest an excellent alternative to meet your needs.
Due to liability and to ensure an excellent experience for our spa guests, we are unable to accommodate unattended children in the spa. Please make arrangements to have your children cared for during your visit to BodyLase®.
